Impact Power Solutions installed this 329.6 kW solar array in South St. Paul, MN to offset the electricity load of Kaposia Education Center. The panels will produce roughly 388,928 kWh per year, enough to power 32 average Minnesota homes. Over 30 years the solar panel system will offset nearly 9,124 tons of CO2, the equivalent of adding over 10,746 acres of trees to our forests
Kaposia Education Center serves students from preschool through 5th grade, working hard to give their students the best in elementary education. As a PYP IB World School, their staff is involved in an intense reform effort that builds toward continual improvement of the school.
Their students are taught to be inquirers, to develop skills in learning how to learn, and to explore relevant topics of interest to them. Learning in this way is highly motivating, keeping their students engaged in school, and encouraging them to do their very best.
